Tier One
Brand Foundation
The recommended starting point for any new client. This is where the visual identity gets built from the ground up — strategy first, session second, full library delivered.
$750 – $1,500
Every project starts with a 45-minute strategy session — just the two of us talking through your practice. Color, brand register, the overall feel you want patients to experience when they encounter your brand. I take that and build the entire shoot around it.
The result is a complete photography library and a photo usage guide that lets you operate your visual brand independently long after the session is done.

Tier Two
Single Sessions
Standalone sessions open to any client — no Foundation required. Book what you need, when you need it. Foundation clients can add these outside their retainer cadence at standard rates.

New modality, new equipment, new space. Compression, contrast therapy, red light — any new service needs its own visual library before it goes live.

Seasonal push, promotion, or patient acquisition campaign. Scoped to a single message or theme and built to deploy immediately.

Event Coverage
$300 – $600
Open house, workshop, grand opening. Documentary coverage of a specific moment in the life of your practice — captured and delivered cleanly.

Practitioner Portraits
$250 – $500
Individual or team portraits. Clean, premium, on-brand. Standalone or added to any other session.

Environment Refresh
$350 – $650
Clinic renovation, new room, updated equipment. The space has changed — the library should reflect it.

Website Refresh
$500 – $900
Hero images, about page portraits, service visuals. Brief built specifically around your web layout and what each page actually needs.
Add-on available to any session: BTS video clips and short-form reels — priced per session. Photography is always the primary deliverable.
Tier Three
Creative Retainer
Available to Foundation clients only. The retainer keeps a visual brand current — it does not build one from scratch. One conversation before each session. Then we make it happen.
Quarterly
Quarterly Creative Session
$600 – $900 per quarter
One fully customizable session per quarter. Pre-session brief call to define what we're after. Best for practices that want consistent brand growth without high-frequency commitment.
Monthly — Best Value
Monthly Creative Session
$400 – $600 per month
One fully customizable session every month. Always fresh, always current. Best for high-volume clinics, gyms, and studios with frequent campaigns and fast-moving visual demands.
